Our cakes come in three price ranges depending on where the cake is to be sent. These three ranges are Sweden, Europe and Worldwide. All prices include VAT (12%) and a domestic shipping fee.
Deliveries in Sweden
If you order before 14:00 on weekdays, we will send the cake within 1 – 2 days. The exception is for orders with marzipan print; then an additional 2 – 3 days delivery may apply. No delivery on Saturdays or Sundays.
Orders outside Sweden
The same conditions apply for deliveries outside Sweden as for delivery within Sweden. The difference is in the number of delivery days and this depends on the country to which your order is to be delivered. The web shop will show you the earliest day of delivery when you chose the country. The delivery date depends on the mail service in the chosen country.
Type of delivery
All cakes are delivered with the mail service just like a letter.
We cannot guarantee deliveries at specific times. But we will do our best to meet your request. Deliveries outside Sweden can take longer because of customs, and local deliveries can take extra time.
When we receive your order, you will receive an invoice by e-mail. If your personal data or the order is incorrect, please contact our Customer Service by email as soon as possible.
We handle all information confidentially.
We offer four ways of payment. Credit card, Klarna invoice, Klarna account, and invoice for contract customers. For contract customers, the term of payment is 20 days. For Klarna, the term of payment is 14 days (this can differ a bit if you have chosen Klarna account).
